Washington
My drone footage of Lava Canyon is quite possibly my favorite drone footage I’ve ever captured. Also included are Mt St Helens, the Columbia River Gorge, some hidden waterfalls, Walupt Creek Falls, Cape Disappointment, Spirit Falls (now off-limits to the public), and Olympic National Park.
Oregon
Northern Coast from Astoria to Cape Kiwanda, the Central Coast, and Bandon on the Southern Oregon Coast, plus Central Oregon and Bend, the Mount Hood National Forest, and the Owyhee Canyonlands, Alvord Desert, and more from Eastern Oregon.
California
Most of my video footage in California comes from a single road trip to Northern California from Portland, Oregon, down to San Francisco, CA. In the playlist below are stops at the Portola Redwoods, the sandstone cliffs of Half Moon Bay, the stunning browns, greens, and emerald waters of Lake Shasta at sunrise, and a few other smaller videos showcasing the beaches and fauna near my old stomping grounds in Southern California.

Suspended high above the lush rainforest canopy of North Vancouver, the Capilano Suspension Bridge offers one of British Columbia’s most unforgettable outdoor experiences. Stretching 450 feet across and soaring 230 feet above the Capilano River, this legendary bridge immerses visitors in the raw beauty of the Pacific Northwest. As you step onto the gently swaying walkway, you’ll be surrounded by towering evergreens, misty mountain air, and the soothing rush of the river below—an adventure that’s both exhilarating and serene.
But the bridge is only the beginning. Capilano Suspension Bridge Park features a collection of awe-inspiring attractions, including the Cliffwalk’s narrow cantilevered pathways and the Treetops Adventure, where seven suspended footbridges connect massive Douglas firs high above the forest floor. With educational displays, First Nations cultural elements, and breathtaking photo opportunities around every corner, Capilano is more than a sightseeing stop—it’s a full immersion into British Columbia’s natural and cultural wonder. Whether you’re a thrill-seeker, nature lover, or family traveler, this iconic destination belongs at the top of your must-visit list.
